I am a psychologist seeing adults and seniors coping with dissatisfaction/sadness, anxiety/fear, frustration/anger, and a variety of other issues. I have openings in my Valley Forge and downtown Philadelphia offices. My approach is holistic and integrative - blending traditional approaches that focus on symptom reduction with more growth oriented / humanistic approaches that focus on the whole person. I prefer to work in person due to my belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship in healing, though virtual work can also be integrated as appropriate.
Our work together will involve clarifying your vision, exploring relevant dynamics, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening emotional / relational skills. Results include decreased distress / improved functioning; increased skills and confidence to meet future life challenges; and connecting with yourself on a deeper level / feeling on your best path.
