We’ll start with two sessions, so we can get to know each other and I can assess where you are. You’ll let me know what you’re struggling with, and what your ideal outcome would look like. We’ll explore my counseling style together and figure out how it can serve you. I firmly believe that change comes when we learn to identify and manage our emotions.
I believe we all have what it takes to succeed. Sometimes we just need to learn a few skills and techniques to make it happen.
