I help individuals and families overcome anxiety and depression to regain control over their lives and relationships. When we react strongly to everyday situations, we can often lose self confidence and question our ability to overcome and cope. I pride myself on being a dynamic professional that does his best to tailor a treatment plan centered around my individual clients' needs, motivations and interests.
I am one of less than 50 certified therapists in the state of New Jersey for CBT. Throughout my career I have worked with various populations. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including various hospital,school and outpatient programs. During this time, I also have worked with children and families with various disorders and disabilities.
In addition to CBT, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Techniques and a Client Centered approach in my practice. Therapeutic relationships are built upon trust.
