Trouble sleeping? I’m a clinical sleep psychologist specializing in insomnia. For the last 10+ years I’ve helped people of all ages, genders, and walks of life overcome insomnia and get their sleep and life back. If you suffer from sleep problems, I offer expert Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard treatment. I’ve been a consultant and contributor to the Calm app, featured in their “Sleep Stories” on the topic of sleep science, and am a certified CBT-I clinician with a high level of proficiency in the program developed and tested at Harvard Medical School.
