About
Hello, my name is Dr. Steve Harris. I will work compassionately with you to try to help you find your way towards having more fulfilling relationships and a satisfying life. I work with a broad variety of people who are trying to get un-stuck from areas of their lives that have become counterproductive ways of coping. People frequently arrive at my office after trying out many good ideas, but have found that these changes did not reach something deeper inside that seems to get in the way.
They are people who know what to do, but in the "heat of the moment" all of the good ideas "go out the window" and an emotional reaction that sabotages the potential for success often intervenes. I find it is important to help people uncover what is right with them, not focus only upon problems.
I am a clinical psychologist in private practice who has worked in Orange County for over 20 years. Please call or email me today for a Free initial consultation. Don't delay getting on with your life any longer!
