English
| español Hello! I offer therapy remotely in Florida and Massachusetts. I specialize in treating adult children of toxic family systems including enmeshing, codependent, neglectful, abusive, addicted, undermining, adversarial, and scapegoating dynamics as well as other unhealthy patterns of relational trauma and dysfunctional behavior. I also enjoy working with survivors of religious abuse and marginalization due to sexual orientation. Some of my other areas of specialty include burnout, narcissistic abuse recovery, and self esteem. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and welcome Latinos seeking someone familiar with their language and culture.
My approach is insightful and direct and I find that my style is well suited to helping people find direction and gain clarity from toxic relationships and oppressive cultural messaging. Additionally, clients have told me that my style of relating comes across as very authentic, conversational, and supportive.
As a graduate of the Somatic Experiencing Certificate Program, I treat a variety of trauma related issues held and expressed in the mind and body.
