I provide remote therapy in Florida and Massachusetts for adults who grew up in emotionally unhealthy or toxic family systems and are still feeling the effects today.
Many of my clients feel anxious, guilty, burned out, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. You may have grown up walking on eggshells, being the “responsible one,” being scapegoated, or learning to ignore your own needs to keep the peace. As an adult, this can show up as people-pleasing, low self-esteem, difficulty setting boundaries, or repeatedly getting pulled into narcissistic or emotionally unsafe relationships.
I specialize in working with adult children of toxic family systems, narcissistic abuse recovery, relational trauma, and religious abuse. My style is insightful, direct, and deeply supportive. Clients often feel understood quickly and experience me as authentic, conversational, and grounding. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and welcome Latino clients.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and a graduate of the Somatic Experiencing Certificate Program. I use body-based trauma therapy to help resolve trauma held in both the mind and nervous system.
