I work with teens and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs. I also bring over a decade of leadership experience, including serving as CEO of a residential treatment center for youth.
