I believe progression towards healing is always possible. The ability to heal is not the problem. It is getting the right help and doing “the work” that creates healing. I love helping people understand their issues and how to heal or deal with them.
The particular issues I love helping adults with are: premarital/marriage relationships, trauma therapy and porn/sex addiction.
I help couples get unstuck and learn how to resolve power struggles so they feel loved and valued. I help people heal from past trauma through EMDR which resolves trauma based anxiety and depression. I help guys resolve the real issues causing their porn addiction.
