When life becomes unmanageable due to a variety of circumstances, who or what do we tend to turn to? Anxiety, depression, and traumas of any kind mask over our true selves, shielding us from who we want to be. These masks also protect us from the fear that lies with working on these debilitating issues, where more likely than not we pick up unhealthy habits and behaviors to help us cope. A lot of times we do not realize how this affects not just us, but any relationship we are in (personal, business, school, etc.) during these times we are struggling. It is important to know that we are not alone in this difficult journey.
I am here for you in a compassionate and empathetic way as we work together to identify those roadblocks that are currently keeping you from ‘being’; helping you to overcome them or to better manage them the next time we face that same barrier, because we almost always do! I work with a variety of treatment modalities that are unique to each individual I see
