I’ve spent the past 7+ years supporting individuals from all walks of life, ages 10–78, through life transitions, emotional struggles, and difficult periods of life. One of the things I value most in this work is creating a space where people can exhale a bit, feel less alone, and reconnect with themselves in a more honest and grounded way.
My approach is holistic and grounded, integrating mind-body awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, the healing power of nature, and strengths-based therapy rooted in positive psychology. I work with people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, chronically stressed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure how to move forward.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, relationship and family stress, self-esteem challenges, anger, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I believe healing begins with understanding yourself more deeply, rather than judging yourself for the ways you’ve learned to cope and survive.
