I believe therapy is a space where people can be themselves, set goals, and work towards achieving them. Research indicates a strong relationship with your therapist is the most important factor in whether or not you will achieve your goals. I strive to give clients an open, judgement-free, and warm space where you can share who you are and what you are struggling with. I regularly work with people age 12 and up on finding ways to manage their anxious or depressive thinking, alleviate their stressors, and make changes in their relationships. I help people get to the root of their problems emotionally and by identifying areas for growth and changes they can make in life. Using this information we will create goals, look at how we react when experiencing emotions, and hand tailor evidence based interventions to improve our relationships, reactions, and communication.
I have experience and knowledge in working with individuals that are struggling with anxiety or depression, trauma or PTSD/C-PTSD, identify as LGBTQ, have autism and/or ADHD, and many other diagnoses.
