Whether you feel drained because of past trauma, high-pressure expectations, feeling down, or putting everyone else first, therapy can let you focus on your needs. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), and LGBTQIA+ experiences. I provide affirming virtual therapy across Michigan, with in-person Ann Arbor sessions starting Nov 1. Your therapy will be active, direct, and deeply collaborative.
I offer a warm space where you can show up as you are. My therapeutic practice is integrative and trauma-informed, blending EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I help adults process trauma, untangle relationship struggles, and recover from burnout. Together, we will build practical tools for navigating ADHD and Autism.
