It takes courage to engage in professional counseling and when you do it is important that there is a match with your counselor and the modality used. As a counselor I serve people using mindfulness, meditation, whole person approaches. I also incorporate faith based approaches. I work with counselee's that struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma related issues and a variety of other emotional disturbances. I will help you identify the core issues that resulted in your emotional or personal problems and immediately help to develop strategies to resolve these issues.
As a licensed clinician I have over 11 years of clinical experience working alongside people using insight, trauma focused, dialectic and cognitive behavior therapies. I am also a licensed pastor and have biblical counseling training. I have developed effective approaches for marital, family, parent child and personal problems that happen in daily living.
