I'm Steven Forsyth, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I live in Saint Louis and practice, via telehealth, in the State of Missouri. I work with Adolescents Adults, and Couples, and specialize in addictions, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and the Stages of Change therapy to help my clients grow and change.
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, the Stages of Change therapy, and narrative and Relapse Prevention therapies in efforts to improve clients' quality of life and aid them work toward improving their lives on a day-to-day basis.
