I use a client centered approach, CBT, and solution focused therapy to encourage my clients to identify the strengths that lie within them. I have experience in helping people with depression, PTSD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and anger management. I have experience working with teenagers, adults, Veterans, first responders, and the geriatric population.
I am a native to Washington State where I joined the Army and was stationed in Germany and Texas. After my time in the Army I worked for the El Paso Sheriffs department for 3 years. I earned my Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Texas El Paso and moved to attend the UTSA, where I later earned my masters in Social Work.
