Throughout my years in the field of mental health I've had the incredible opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from several different cultures, backgrounds, and socio-economic status. In addition to my strong clinical background, I have also worked in the field of forensics and substance abuse recovery.
Primarily I work with clients experiencing Anxiety and anything that is associated with excess anxiety (I.e. Hoarding, GAD, Phobias, Panic, Panic Disorder, Racing Thoughts, OCD, etc.)
I do work with people suffering from other mental health ailments. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding my practice.
I feel that a compassionate and non-judgmental environment works best to help my clients develop insight and cultivate change & true happiness. My style combines a comprehensive approach which involves CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Analysis, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Recovery Dharma, and Behavioral Therapies.
