I work hard to empower clients who have trusted me with their care to find solutions to their problems by building their own strengths and by focusing on new ways to behave and think. We move forward towards an improved life rather than dwelling on problems and the past.
I specialized in family therapy at the top school of social work in the country. I have developed several pragmatic models using empirically sound theories to help individuals with pornography addiction, depression or anxiety, marital distress. In addition, I am licensed both in Utah and Florida (where I can treat clients online).
