Often we live our lives based on what we imagine others expect from us rather than listening to our own instincts. I work with adults from a "depth" perspective, listening to both what is said and what is not said in hopes of better understanding your experiences and patterns of relating to yourself and others. Your thoughts, feelings, fantasies, and nighttime dreams can often provide a window into greater self understanding and freedom from self-defeating patterns.
