I have been working with adolescents, adults, couples and families coping with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and behavior problems for over 26 years in a variety of clinical settings. I like to tailor therapy approaches to fit the needs of the client that include CBT, ACT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Family Systems treatment models. I utilize strategic and educational interventions in the therapy process assisting the client to develop and practice the skills needed to manage life's emotional and behavioral challenges.
My passion is helping adolescents, families, adults and couples through the many struggles that create obstacles in finding personal happiness.
