As a counselor and Army combat veteran, I understand firsthand the challenges of overcoming trauma. My approach is person-centered and trauma-focused, providing a safe, empathetic space for clients, whether children or adults, to heal at their own pace. Healing is personal and non-linear, and I’m committed to supporting clients as they move from survival to thriving, embracing their full potential. I take pride in walking alongside each person on their journey to growth.

I offer counseling from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, helping clients explore their inner "parts," fostering self-awareness, healing, and creating inner harmony.
I also enjoy working with children from a play therapy perspective, providing a safe, creative space for them to express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills.
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel daunting, but you're not alone. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your feelings, heal, and find new ways forward. Together, we can work at your pace to help you build strength, clarity, and peace. You deserve the support, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
