I help patients discover hidden themes and self defeating patterns. Learning how to observe oneself without judgement leads to positive change.
Despite the inevitable pain in living, and as serious as therapy is my clients and I often find ourselves laughing. I am extremely well trained and serious about my work but I also conduct therapy in a relaxed manner. I focus on seeing life through my client's eyes. Finally, feeling understood is one of the unique experiences of therapy.
