My name is Steven Buck, I am licensed as an LCSW in Mo. I was trained in marriage and family therapy with am emphasis on systems and structure. I have been practicing for over 30 yrs and have worked in various clinical settings including a psychiatric hospital, various agencies and private practice. I have worked with individuals from all ages, couples and family therapy.
I work with all ages from young children struggling with ADHD to seniors struggling with depression. I am most comfortable treating anxiety and depressive disorders. I have worked with many men who struggle with anger issues.
I practice validation of a person's issues and feelings. I believe it is extremely important to convey a person's worth and value to me as a client. Regardless of what you are struggling with, whether it makes sense or not, it is real to you.
