Hi there, I'm Steven! I am a graduate of both Rutgers and Fordham. I focus mainly on the solution using a Solution-Focused paradigm. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts influence your feelings and ultimately your behavior.
