Hi, my name is Steven Sanchez and if you're here reading this, you're most likely going through difficult life experiences and seeking help at this time. This is your first step and I welcome you to do so. As a counselor with a background in social work, it is my mission to empower and advocate for my clients, and offer them a comfortable, safe and non-judgemental enviornment, where they can heal and grow, and become their true authenic self. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we can begin your journey and I will make sure that on this journey you are seen, heard and most importanlty validated.
My therapeutic practice involves putting emphasize on the client and taking into account the many intersecting past and present factors. I use an anti-racist and anti-oppressive framework. I have experience working with individuals such as children, teens and adults. Through my personal and professional experiences, I am able to offer unique perspectives.
My approach and space is inviting, warm, and always tailored to my clients. This is YOUR healing journey, and it would be my pleasure to support you during this time. If you'd like to explore more and discuss, take that leap of faith and please reach out to me!
