Life is tough. No doubt about it. Sometimes its downright overwhelming. In these times it is especially beneficial to have someone to help you as you wade through it all. People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. Probably most people who voluntarily come to counseling are looking for some healing, and the hope of moving forward with their life. How about you? Do you want to get your "heart" back? Make some changes? Move forward with your life? That's good. I'd like to help you with that.
I have worked with a variety of challenges, though my greatest expertise is in the area of porn/sex addiction, marital issues, depression and anxiety, and ADHD for children and adults. I also have completed a 30 hour course in Counseling Supervision, to assist those who are limited licensed counselors.
I count it an honor, privilege, and humbling opportunity to meet people and help them at such critical periods of their lives.

Neurodivergent Support Group
Do you have ADHD? Are you on the Autism spectrum? Do you struggle with "executive dysfunction"? This is a group for you. We will discuss unique struggles, as well as unique strengths, with the goal of using a "strength-based approach" to help you achieve what you hope to in life. The group is a place to commiserate, vent, and gain and offer support. It is also a place to feel as though you are not alone, and to gain hope of a good, or better life, just the way you are.
