Dr. Tutty, MA, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who has particular expertise in evaluating both youth and adults over the past 20 years who find themselves at crossroads with the court system, such as family (e.g., custody, relocation), tort (e.g., personal injury), and criminal (e.g., domestic violence, drug/mental incapacitation) matters. Dr. Tutty regularly evaluates and testifies on these matters across multi US States, and collaborates with his forensic team to provide a comprehensive evaluation to the courts to inform best interest recommendations for the parties.
Dr. Tutty has presented nationally on these matters and is published in peer reviewed journals (e.g., JAMA) in the areas of depression and ADHD. Dr. Tutty is trained in the scientist- practitioner model of evidenced based care standards for forensic interviews, psychological and neurological testing, reporting, and testimony per APA and AFCC guidelines.
Dr. Tutty also provides psychological/neuropsychological evaluations for teens and adults that may be suffering from ADHD, autism, anxiety/depression, and/or learning disabilities. Dr. Tutty is currently accepting new assessment referrals at NW Family Psychology - Spokane.
