I interactively work with you in a holistically person-centered and solution-focused way and regularly use mindfulness and heartfulness, which not only improves self-awareness/acceptance and coping but also promotes personal growth, healing and lasting solutions. In this way, I encourage you to have independence, increase trust in yourself and make confident and effective choices in your life. My interest includes empowering my clients to be their truest self in the present so to maintain inner peace while also accessing their potential and goals.
In addition to most common adult therapy issues, I can help with parenting skills, life transitions, spirituality, culture, career, identity, self-esteem, relationships, and communication. I also practice meditation and teach it to clients, when requested and frequently educate myself on progressive research issues to integrate into my practice
