As a licensed therapist in Oregon since 2008, my experiences assisting individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life from the childhood/teenage years through older adulthood.

My therapeutic toolbox includes a mix of CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based, interpersonal, acceptance/commitment, and psychodynamic. My treatment specialties include anxiety, self-improvement, self- esteem issues, sports psychology, and more.
