I work with individuals, couples, children, and families to support them with both personal and relational challenges. I work from a humanistic and behavioral framework with an eclectic methodology. I bring experience as both a psychotherapist and a special education teacher, and have worked with populations ranging from preschool to senior citizens including hospice.
For all of us there is the potential for self-fulfillment, peace of mind, healthy relationships, and wisdom. My commitment is to do my upmost to facilitate my clients on this journey.
I employ a wide range of methodologies in my practice from the very cognitive to the clearly humanistic/existential. I believe that whatever tools a therapist uses, they can only function well in the context of a deeply trusting relationship.
