I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who works with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, sexual abuse, and relationship counseling, and also support clients with anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and religious trauma.
Using a trauma-informed approach that incorporates CBT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, I create a calm, supportive space where clients feel safe to be heard and gently challenged.
