Hi! I’m Steve and I have been a therapist in the San Antonio area and throughout Texas, specializing in working with men and with couples for thirteen years. I am also a husband and father of two adopted children and understand what comes with having a family and with having partnership and the joys and challenges that come with love and responsibility. I am deeply passionate about working with men who are hoping to find a more effective way of navigating their daily lives, and helping couples who hit relational potholes but maintain that important motivation to keep the love and relationship alive and well.

Therapy with me is steady, practical, and collaborative. I start by listening to understand your day to day. We identify strengths, barriers, and then map out small, realistic changes for meaningful results. Individual clients and/or couples often gain sudden clarity. They feel calmer and better equipped to handle stress and improve how they connect.

My clients report feeling more regulated with their family and speaking to themselves with greater kindness. I don’t fix people...
