Steve helps individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience, insight, and clarity. After a 25-year career in organizational development and corporate leadership roles, he transitioned to counseling where he developed a deep commitment to supporting personal growth and strengthening relationships. Steve views therapy as a collaborative, trust-based process grounded in empathy, respect, and practical change.
Steve works with clients of all ages and genders facing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, career stress, and life transitions. He also has a special focus on men’s mental health, helping teens through middle-aged men navigate loneliness, emotional struggles, and pressure to “tough it out” in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
Steve holds an M.A. in Counseling from NYU, an MBA from Auburn, and a coaching certification from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, Steve is a 24-year husband, proud father, trail runner, lifelong learner, and occasional SCUBA diver. He brings both lived experience and professional depth to his work, offering a grounded, relatable presence in the therapy room.
