A relationship seldom gets better on its own, but we often “hope” that it will. Don’t wait until you loose hope to seek relationship counseling, or counseling for any other issues you may be facing. The longer you wait, the more difficult each day can become. Self-help books often generalize, and medication often fails to deal with the cause of the imbalance. With counseling, I provide a personalized examination of your issues so that you may learn how to overcome them and create a life of relationships and experiences that you will greet with great enthusiasm.
A majority of my clients include those seeking couples and family counseling. I help with sexual dysfunction, communication, infidelity, and a number of other issues that can affect the stability and longevity of a relationship. I also provide mediation, individual therapy, and family therapy during and after a divorce.
I've had success with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidality, sexual issues, ADHD, chronic pain, addiction, and other issues. I combine my knowledge of Yoga, nutrition, meditation, and neuromuscular therapy to help bring my clients back to a state of balance. I have two offices; one on the Uptown area and one in Flower Mound.
