I work with couples who feel caught in painful cycles of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance. Many come in feeling hurt, misunderstood, and unsure how to return to the closeness they once had. Often, the very ways they try to fix things make it worse. Together, we identify the patterns at play and uncover the deeper needs beneath the conflict. My approach helps you communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and restore the connection, safety, and intimacy your relationship was meant to hold.

I also specialize in trauma for those who feel stuck on “On” (anxiety, panic, hypervigilance, emotional flooding) or “Off” (depression, exhaustion, disconnection). I use Brainspotting, a gentle, highly effective approach that helps your nervous system process what’s stuck and find regulation, so you can feel more present, grounded, and like yourself again.

I have the privilege of working this workshop alongside therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), one of the most researched and effective models of couples therapy today. Grounded in attachment research, EFT helps couples understand how emotional bonds are formed, disrupted, and repaired. Research shows 75–80% of couples move from distress to recovery, with over 90% reporting significant improvement. EFT addresses the emotional roots of conflict, not just behaviors, helping couples slow reactive patterns and access deeper emotions. This workshop is experiential, compassionate, and research-based, offering guided exercises and private conversations—never public sharing.
