Online sessions only at this time. I see therapy a kind of "care-filled" container to hold and shape whatever process is needed to move towards the change you seek. Think of me as a compassionate and curious traveling companion for this leg of your journey. We all have natural drives to adapt, learn, and grow, but sometimes we get stuck and lose touch. Orientation informed by psychodynamic, Gestalt, attachment, relational, and CBT. I work with adults, teens, relationships, and families in the following areas: trauma, communication, grief, sexuality, anxiety, creativity, depression, and career. I offer EMDR and apply somatic and mindfulness perspectives. I also specialize in ethical/consensual nonmonogamy.
