In couples, marriage and family counseling, I will incorporate systems techniques. For substance abuse therapy, we will focus on more cognitive and behavioral techniques to assist you in your recovery.
Effective counseling techniques will provide methods to solve problems by maximizing your strengths and providing encouraging support for you during your growth periods. I attempt to incorporate the entire family, when appropriate, to help you achieve balance and harmony while organizing and achieving your life goals.
