Whether it is dealing with the effects of trauma or other negative past life events, persistent or recurrent painful emotions, or a difficult season of life, we all have times where it is hard to find the path forward. I have over a decade of experience seeing clients make the changes they desire in their lives. I specialize in trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, and spiritual/existential concerns but also work with many other concerns. I seek to develop a collaborative relationship with my clients to understand them then develop personalized goals and interventions.
