This is a relationship building group for Men who are interested in tapping into their authenticity on a more constancy basis. Topics/themes that will be discussed and processed include: relationship triggers, grief and loss, cross addictions, intimacy and connection, meaning and purpose, coping skills, anxiety and depression, ACOA (adult children of alcoholic and dysfunctional homes) related issues. In this 90 minute group you will process thoughts and feelings with other men in a safe, compassionate, facilitated, and confidential space. New groups starting monthly! Call or email to register (bi-weekly, max 7 members per group, inquire about sliding fee if needed).
