Men's Relationship Issues
In this safe and compassionate group, men will have the opportunity to be open and vulnerable with other men discussing challenges and successes they've experienced in past and current relationships. Topics covered will include:, Anger and Resentments, Intimacy, Sex, Addictions, Codependency, Forgiveness and Compassion, Grief, Honesty with Self and Others, Family of Origin Patterns and Personal Feedom.
Men's Virtual Recovery Group 6:30 - 8:00pm
Now that you are seeking sobriety, what about all of the other stuff? This is a relationship building group for "Men in Recovery". Topics/themes that will be discussed and processed include: relationship triggers, grief and loss, cross addictions, emotional sobriety, intimacy and connection, meaning and purpose, coping skills, anxiety and depression. In this 90 minute group you will process thoughts and feelings with other men in a safe, compassionate, facilitated, and confidential space. New groups starting monthly! Call or email to register (weekly, max 8 members per group, not covered by insurance, inquire about sliding fee if needed).
