About
Does your relationship keep getting stuck on the same problems, dealing with conflicts you get stuck on how your partner treats you and the issue never gets solved? There's been unfaithfulness or other consistent snares that leave you feeling abandoned, smothered, hurting, scared or fed up? My strengths are in understanding, untangling, healing and empowering you to know how to as well. As an individual you may be empty, lost, hurting, confused, can't sleep, can't concentrate, don't know how you'll survive or worse. Not only am I trained to help, I've been there.
Research says if you see a couples therapist you'll do better but once you're done you'll probably be stuck again within 2 years. I can change that. Some individual therapists may not have experienced clinical suffering. I've been there and can walk the walk with you.
I have specialized training in PTSD treatment using IRRT therapy. I participated in Level 3b Consultation Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy with the Gottman Institute in Seattle Wa. This aids me in treating the PTSD symptoms of affairs.
