I have extensive experience in the areas of past and present abuse and trauma, family of origin issues, relationships, sexuality, adult ADHD, as well as in managing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and the sometimes unhealthy coping strategies that can emerge from both situational and chronic stressors.
I have over a decade of diverse clinical practice with a masters in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an additional masters in Ethics from the University of Chicago.
My style is warm, interactive and approachable. I believe humans are incredibly resilient and I will start with seeking to understand both the challenges you are facing and the strengths you already bring.
