My work aims to help you to dismantle the sex-negativity or social bias that prevents you from moving forward. I am psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapist with experience working with diverse populations. I create a safe and supportive space that acknowledges your unique background and life experience, building your health and strength to allow you to explore and develop paradigms and beliefs to support your goals and aspirations.
I support couples and individuals with a variety of techniques including emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and sexual trauma therapy. Clients who benefit most are confronting relationship issues, communication barriers, body image, intimacy, sexual or identity expression, infidelity, premarital counseling and who seek to transcend constraining paradigms.
Together, we will create a safe environment to work on resolving identity, trauma, intimacy and sex related issues to balance your well-being.
