I work with children, teens, adults, and their families to help each person feel more confident, healthier, and more empowered. I am able to work with a variety of disorders ranging from, but not limited to, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Trauma. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and evidenced based practices are the main types of therapy used but each individual's therapy is tailored to their specific needs. My goal is to work with the individual and family to help them gain the skills needed to no longer have a need for therapy.
