From the earliest days of life through the threshold of adulthood, I specialize in the moments that shape us most. I work with families, caregivers, and young adults navigating trauma, behavioral challenges, neurodivergence, and the beautiful complexity of growing up, including perinatal mental health and adolescent support. For families, I help untangle what's hard and strengthen the connections that matter most. For young adults, I'm here to support your own healing as you figure out who you are and where you're headed. Whatever stage you're in, I meet you there with a relationship-based approach rooted in warmth and curiosity.
I offer evidence-based, person-centered care for early childhood trauma, perinatal mental health, and teens and young adults navigating behavioral and school challenges. Developmentally grounded and tailored to you, I also conduct Parent-Child Relationship Assessments (PCRAs) to support lasting healing.
