I am here to help those in need. First, I look at all clients with respect and adoration, since asking for help is often the most difficult decision we may make. I am looking for Christians who have experienced trauma, grief, or significant loss and are seeking healing that honors both their emotional reality and their faith. Faith and hope are key for me, and I want these ideas to be core to my clients as well. I know so many people are just surviving, and I hope to help people moving from just surviving to thriving.
I am a compassionate mental health counselor specializing in grief, loss, divorce, anxiety, trauma, and depression. Provides a supportive, trauma-informed space to help clients process emotions, build coping skills, and move toward healing, resilience, and emotional well-being.
I went into counseling because of my own experiences with anxiety and depression. I knew from my own experiences that finding the right person is key to help take back control of your life. I can help share my years of experiences both as someone with high anxiety and with helping people in a variety of mental health environments.
