I think about health and happiness mostly through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS): a non-pathologizing, evidence-based approach to what is sometimes called “parts work”. I help clients bring compassion and curiosity inward, finding the relationships among their strengths, protective reflexes, and parts that carry pain and other burdens.
