I have been a practitioner since 1988. Over the last 22 years of practice, my approach to therapy has become very eclectic. I have come to understand that no one style can possibly meet the needs of everyone that comes to me for assistance. However, the one variable that is always necessary for a successful therapeutic experience is the positive and trusting bond that is formed between me and those I work wit.
I have a strong faith in human potential (me included), but understand that people, tend to limit that potential simply through faulty thought processes. These self-limiting thoughts are generally based on negative childhood conditioning and bear very little reality to the individual's true psychological and spiritual potential.
I have worked with the military since 1988. In that time I have come to appreciate the damaging affects of trauma. I have also come to realize that trauma is present in the vast majority of the people I have worked with as well over the years.
