I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years of post-doctoral experience working with individual adults and youth. I provide a warm, professional, and respectful environment where we can work together on the concerns that bring you in. Clients reach out to me for help with a variety of difficulties, such as troubled relationships, difficulties in coping, anxiety, anger, grief, depression, substance misuse, attentional difficulties, and trauma, as well as parenting and marital challenges.

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from my training in cognitive-behavioral therapies, short-term psychodynamic therapy, family systems, and mindfulness practices, to find the approach that will be most helpful for you and your particular needs. My practice is guided by current science and the highest ethical standards.

I studied psychology at the University of Rochester and the Harvard School of Education before earning my doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Minnesota.
