Welcome to my practice at Balance Behavioral Health, PLLC. I offer in-person as well as virtual therapy sessions. Virtual sessions are HIPPA compliant and totally secure. Dealing with anxiety and depression is difficult but you can have a happier life with better coping skills to handle life problems. I have helped many people with a variety of problems including addiction, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I work with adults, children, parents, and also specialize in couples work. If you/your partner are struggling, therapy may help you to learn how to resolve issues in a productive way.
With extensive knowledge of treatment techniques, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and DBT as well as Mindfulness and overall health recommendations. Exercises supplement office sessions to enhance progress. Couples will develop better communication and focus on the strengths of your relationship. I also work with difficult teens and their parents.
We are conveniently located at Woodlake Village Circle in Midlothian, Virginia. At Balanced Behavioral Health, PLLC, you will find a friendly, professional, and courteous staff that will help you with setting appointments that are convenient to you.
