I specialize in person-centered, solution-focused psychotherapy. For persons seeking help with trauma, I am trained in EMDR. I am trained in spiritually integrated psychotherapy for persons who wish to speak about spiritual matters. No worries if you are neither spiritual nor religious. You, your needs, and your preferences always come first.
