As a therapist, my goal is to create a non judgmental environment for you. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches (CBT, Psychodynamics, DBT, etc.), but one of the most reliable mechanisms for change in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to be somebody you can trust, so you can engage in conversation about your mental health.
