I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy. I have completed specialized training in, among other things, ADHD and DBT, and I also have experience treating substance use disorders.
